Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on building meaningful connections and delivering superior customer service across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

Site Location: Ashland, KY

Schedule: Full-time, Monday and Tuesday 2nd shift (4 p.m. – 12 p.m.) and Friday and Saturday 2nd shift (4 p.m. – 12 p.m.)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment, report maintenance needs, and respond to incidents

Provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams, and answer inquiries by phone or in person

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

High School Diploma or GED

Successful completion of an extensive background and drug screening

Exceptional customer service skills

Basic phone and computer proficiency

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus

State security license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
