Responsibilities Assist in the overall operations of the apartment community, including rent collection, marketing vacant units, and handling various administrative duties.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in property management (Required: 3 years in Section 8 and LIHTC)
Demonstrated leadership ability
Marketing and closing skills
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
