Now Hiring: Fall Risk CNA (Full-Time) Schedule:

Full-Time |

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Rosedale Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a

dedicated and attentive Fall Risk CNA

to join our skilled nursing team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of our residents who are identified as high fall risk.

Position Overview As a Fall Risk CNA, you will provide direct resident care with a strong focus on fall prevention, close observation, and proactive safety measures while supporting overall nursing care needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on CNA care to residents identified as high fall risk

Monitor residents closely and intervene promptly to prevent falls

Assist with ambulation, transfers, toileting, and ADLs

Follow individualized care plans and fall-prevention protocols

Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff immediately

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Document care accurately and timely per facility policy

Qualifications

Active Virginia CNA license (required in VA)

Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

Strong attention to detail and observation skills

Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8A–8P)
