Responsibilities
Clean rooms, offices, and common areas (vacuuming, wiping, mopping, polishing, etc.) to maintain a safe, comfortable, and attractive environment for residents and safeguard their personal items.
Clean up spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as observed or directed.
Ensure equipment and work areas are safe; strictly adhere to procedures regarding cleaners, hazardous materials, and objects.
Ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies.
Follow universal precautions and infection control, isolation, fire safety, and sanitation practices; promptly report any hazardous conditions and equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior housekeeping experience in a health care or hospitality setting preferred.
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
Trustworthiness and dependability.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.
Effective communication skills.
Organized with meticulous attention to detail.
