This role is a Porter. The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. The primary responsibilities include grounds, parking lot, and community area upkeep, work orders, and maintaining excellent resident relations through outstanding customer service.
Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr Responsibilities
Participate in the daily operations of the property Maintain cleanliness of the grounds, pool, leasing office, parking lots/structures, and common community areas Trash removal in common areas Daily cleaning of garden buildings, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of high‑touch surface areas Participate in preventative maintenance such as light bulb changing and detailed cleaning of light fixtures throughout the community Adhere to company policy, state and federal safety and fair housing laws Hands on repair and upkeep Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor Requirements
A valid driver’s license and good driving record required The ability to work independently with attention to detail Basic knowledge of pool upkeep Good interpersonal skills and a great attitude Other duties as assigned by management Seniority level
