Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and enthusiastic Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general pest control application, rodent control and outdoor pest control including mosquito, flea, tick and biting midge control for residential and commercial properties. Additional responsibilities may include installation of moisture barriers and structural exclusion/repair. This role requires a focus on detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions.
What You’ll Do
Driving to clients’ homes and businesses.
Inspecting properties for conditions conducive to pest infestations.
Applying control products using a backpack sprayer and other equipment.
Creating protective barriers around homes to reduce future infestations.
Educating clients on prevention and outdoor pest protection.
Supporting local marketing efforts by distributing yard signs or door hangers.
Providing a positive and professional customer experience every time.
Helping people enjoy their homes and property while ensuring health and safety.
What We’re Looking For
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Have proof of insurance (if required).
Be able to lift at least 45 pounds and carry a backpack sprayer.
Enjoy working outdoors and being on the move.
Communicate well with clients and teammates.
Be dependable and self‑motivated.
Be willing to take a state pest control licensing exam.
