Supervise and manage daily class functions of a group of children. Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Observe all rules and regulations relevant to the health, safety, and care of children. Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance. Assess each child’s developmental needs on an ongoing basis. Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedules in line with the Academy’s curriculum and programming. Maintain an attractive, well‑kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence. Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while setting clear and consistent expectations for behavior. Take responsibility for maintenance and housekeeping duties of the classroom, common areas, and playgrounds. Attend all staff meetings, workshops, and school functions. Requirements
Successful completion of a satisfactory Background Check. Nice to Haves
