Food Runner: $15/hour + Tips
Base Pay Range $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr
Responsibilities
Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.
Provide the highest level of customer service by promptly addressing any questions or requests courteously.
Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.
Deliver guests’ food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their dining experience.
Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
Support with any additional duties assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fun and outgoing attitude.
Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
