About the Role
As a Field Technician at BAYCOM, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ communication and security systems performing at their best. You’ll install, maintain, and repair radio communication systems, video surveillance equipment, and door access control technologies that organizations depend on to stay connected and protected.
What You’ll Do
Install and configure communication, video security, and access control systems
Perform system maintenance, inspections, and updates to ensure peak performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Provide professional service and support to customers
Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and deliver reliable solutions
What You’ll Bring
Interest or experience in technology, electronics, or telecommunications
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and understand AC/DC systems
Strong computer and networking skills
Effective communication and teamwork
Commitment to learning and continuous improvement
Willingness to earn MECP Basic Certification within 90 days of employment
