Position: Regional Van Truckload Truck Driver – CDL-A
Compensation
Average pay: $1,020–$1,250 weekly.
Home time: Every other week.
Experience: All CDL holders.
Responsibilities
Drive regional routes within the eastern 37 states.
Operate and maintain a Class A commercial vehicle.
Deliver freight in a predictable and timely manner.
Complete all required communication and documentation.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements.
Overview
Predictable power lanes with high freight volume.
Consistent freight allows maximum drive time with minimal downtime.
Dispatched in advance for improved planning.
95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight.
Drive within the eastern 37 states.
Pay and Bonus Potential
Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty but not driving.
Weekly performance pay.
$3,000 sign‑on bonus (paid over 12 monthly payments) for experienced drivers.
$1,000 sign‑on bonus (paid over 12 monthly payments) for inexperienced drivers.
Mileage incentive: potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles.
Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay.
Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
HazMat endorsement preferred.
Passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
