Job Summary Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the property.
How You Will Create The Extraordinary
Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, windows, walls, stairs, elevators, and vacuuming all floors.
Responsible for cleaning public areas, TMDR, hallways, casino floor, and any other requested areas.
Exemplify our core values, family‑style service, mission and vision.
Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
Experience operating a vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, dumpster, floor scrubber, and hand tools.
Able to safely use chemicals and personal protective equipment for cleaning.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive or confined environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and walking.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise, and bright lights.
Guest Service (Internal/External) Standards Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family‑style service.
Performance Requirements Must have the ability to provide internal/external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easy‑going demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above‑average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
