The
Warehouse Associate
is responsible for performing duties to fulfill, process and prepare orders for shipment.

Schedule
Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12:30am
Mandatory OT schedule during the peak season
Job Summary
Pick and prepare orders including direct to consumer and case picks via courier as well as wholesale, freight, retail and company store orders
Locate and scan product barcodes to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately according to a handheld RF device
Utilize electric or manual pallet jack for larger case picks
Pack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damage
Properly stack and wrap larger orders on pallets to prepare for shipment
Verify order is complete and accurate using computer system
Ticket or label orders as specified
Maintain a clean work area including proper disposal of trash/cardboard utilizing the compactor as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment
Assist with inventory spot checks and other distribution activities as needed

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse or similar experience preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Able to walk and stand for several hours at a time in a large warehouse environment
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, with the ability to twist, bend, reach and squat safely as well as, climb stairs
Comfortable with basic math- adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
Comfortable using a computer to verify orders
Experience using a Radio Frequency (RF) Scanning device preferred
Experience with electric or manual pallet jacks preferred but not required- training will be provided but must be willing to learn
