Job Description General Job Duties involve operation of all equipment; stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone and internet orders; count inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility.
On the job training involves customer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands‑on practice.
Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in written with customers/co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Pizza Delivery skills involve the ability to safely drive own vehicle, navigate roads/maps, and manage adverse terrain/stairs of delivery sites while carrying products. Essential skills include accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to make correct monetary change (calculator may be used).
Additional Information General Physical Demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing ladders/stairs, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, grasping with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, work aids, and tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
