Position Summary The Waitperson is responsible for the set‑up, delivery and clean‑up of the meal period for which he/she is responsible. The Waitperson is also responsible for providing service in a friendly and congenial manner.
The starting salary for this position ranges from
$17.00
to
$20.41
per hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence the base pay offered.
Qualifications
Education:
High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.
Training And Experience:
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred. California Food Handler.
Job Knowledge:
Understanding of the philosophy of quality customer service and satisfaction.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post‑offer, pre‑employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
