Overview
Housekeeper: Part-time at Valley Hope Addiction Treatment & Recovery (Valley Hope of Parker, near Denver). Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Responsibilities
Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition. Perform cleaning/sanitizing tasks as per shift/daily/weekly/monthly schedules (wash, dust, polish, vacuum and sweep all areas of the facility). Clean and sanitize sinks, tubs, showers and toilets according to sanitary standards. Clean and sanitize offices and common areas including restrooms, nursing areas and patient laundry areas as directed. Clean, sanitize, and maintain all flooring (tile, carpet, polished concrete, wood, etc.) according to schedules. Clean, sanitize, and maintain linens; keep separation of dirty and clean linens in laundry storage. Distribute clean linens and paper goods as per facility schedule. Restock cleaning and paper supplies per guidelines. Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Remove trash and other soiled materials to appropriate containers with timely safety and infection control. Inspect and use housekeeping equipment safely; notify management of concerns. Maintain clean laundry, housekeeping, and storage areas free from fire and other hazards. Observe and report maintenance issues per management guidelines; adhere to health and safety regulations to promote infection control. Qualifications
Six (6) months of housekeeping experience (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience). Shift differential: Nights $5.00; Weekend Nights $5.50; Weekend Days $1.00.
