What You’ll Do
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity
Monitor entrances, exits, and facility access to ensure only authorized personnel and customers are on-site
Enforce all security protocols, company policies, and state cannabis compliance requirements
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
Provide first aid or emergency assistance when necessary
Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at ease
Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
Travel between store locations as needed for support and coverage
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of 1 year of security experience — retail, event, or facility, preferred
Strong observation and situational awareness skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Willingness to travel between nearby locations when needed
A positive, helpful attitude — you’re the first and last impression for many guests
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid government‑issued ID and ability to pass a criminal background check

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
