Typical Shift Hours
Afternoon Flex: 12p-8p (1200-2000)
Evening: 5p-12a (1700-0000)
Job Responsibilities
Ensure optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in work area at all times
Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces for food preparation
Willing to adjust your schedule to help cover flex shifts or special events
Maintain and operate all large cooking equipment such as pizza oven, dough roller, dough mixer, fryers
Manage all food order tickets, administer all verbal instructions, and perform all cooking requirements as per instructed
Prepare all food materials required for cooking such as cutting vegetables, precooking meats, and making our special beer batter dough
Monitor and ensure exact measurements of ingredients for all food items to ensure consistency
Prepare all package food items and ensure proper serving temperatures
Compensation
Negotiable base wage rate dependent on experience
Quantifiable performance based rate increases
