Merchandiser PART TIME – OLATHE at Heartland Coca‑Cola Bottling Company is looking for an energetic and organized individual to fulfill a key role in ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction across our retail accounts.
Job Summary Merchandisers stock Coca‑Cola beverage products in retail accounts. They ensure all beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled, monitor product date codes, and rotate products to maintain quality and freshness.
Days/Hours of Work 30 hours per week – Saturday/Sunday and one weekday 7 am start.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, rack, displays, and coolers, transporting products from backroom to sales floor and ensuring deliveries are fully worked.
Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards, maintaining product signage, cleaning product space, and securing damaged or defective product.
Manage backroom by organizing products, monitoring and reporting inventory levels in partnership with the store manager, and using FIFO training for timely sales.
Evaluate and process damaged product; re‑pack and organize backroom materials, perform weekly rotation of front‑stock and back‑stock, and complete required paperwork.
Communicate and collaborate on account completion and at shift end, using Teams to recap accounts with pictures, posting updates, and coordinating with sales on out‑of‑stock, customer concerns, and store manager interactions.
Maintain professional relationships with co‑workers and customers.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse or related field.
Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
Must have a personal vehicle available during working hours and a valid driver’s license with current liability insurance and clean driving record.
Prior experience with pallet jacks, high loader lifts, or similar equipment preferred; powered industrial truck certification must be obtained upon hire.
Basic computer and technology skills – ability to operate a smartphone and/or laptop.
Flexibility with work hours; ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Physical Requirements
Speaking – Constantly.

Typing – Frequently using electronic devices (email, reports, texting).
Mobility – Frequent travel throughout customer locations (walking in backrooms, aisles, greeting customers).
Bending/Squatting – Frequently.
Lifting – Frequent (lift 40 lbs. or less).
Pushing/Pulling – Frequent use of manual carts.
Driving – Frequent travel between customer locations.
Pay $19.25 an hour.
