We are seeking a candidate for a departmental trainee in Parts & Supply, Service Administration, and Rental Specialist. The trainee will spend 1–2 months in each department, learning the ins and outs of our business.
Compensation Full‑time position: $60 k – $70 k plus bonus.
Details
The trainee will move between three different departments throughout the store.
Online coursework from Berry University will include leadership and soft‑skills training.
Identifying and spreading Bobcat of the Rockies culture will be emphasized.
Successful completion of this position will prepare the trainee to be a staff member in any department, with a predominant role in the parts department.
Qualifications
High‑school diploma.
Good customer‑service skills.
Computer skills (Microsoft platform) and general soft skills preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Physical Requirements
Physically able to operate construction equipment and forklifts.
Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes and loud noise.
Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 50–100 lb and/or frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 20–50 lb, and/or continuously lift, carry, push, or pull 10–20 lb.
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull, and lift objects; occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl.
Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
