Responsibilities
Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
Pick up returns and cores
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
Daily collection of credit accounts
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries
Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase average transaction value
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
Engage with walk‑in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
Other duties as assigned

Work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products
Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques
Prior Experience That Sets a Driver Up For Success
Automotive parts experience is preferred
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Physical Demands The employee will predominantly be walking or standing. The employee is required to be able to talk and hear, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment The employee is usually working inside; however, they will occasionally be outside and exposed to various weather conditions while performing tasks such as installing batteries and wiper blades. The employee is also occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; explosives; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
