About Our Property Welcome to the The Belgrove, a distinguished new 4-Diamond resort property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, the resort features 150 elegant rooms and villas, multiple exquisite restaurants, a world‑class spa, and a stunning golf course. The Belgrove is part of over 230 properties worldwide, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do The cleanliness of a hotel is a major factor in guest satisfaction. Housekeepers play a crucial role in creating a memorable guest experience through detailed attention and care in maintaining guest rooms.
Your Role
Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
Proper utilization of equipment, supplies and guest amenities
Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels per the Green Program standards
Practice safety standards and report hazards (e.g., broken glass, frayed cords, leaks)
Respect guests’ property at all times
Care for equipment responsibly
Report to work on time and follow scheduling norms, maintaining accurate time records
Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co‑workers
Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
Qualifications
Housekeeping experience desirable
Neat, pleasant personality
Time‑management skills
Ability to work on feet for extended periods
Effective communication skills
Basic reading of room numbers, dates, and instructions
Physical ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners, high places, and navigate carts up to 100 lbs
Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs
Compensation $17.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
