Fit City Adventures is the premiere wellness and team‑building experience company creating unforgettable corporate events that get teams moving, laughing, and connecting IRL. We’re growing fast across the Southwest—and we’re looking for charismatic, high‑vibe Emcees / Masters of Ceremonies to bring our signature experiences to life on site.
We’re always looking for talent who can own the room and elevate every moment. If you love a mic, command a crowd, and thrive in fast‑paced live events, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Host & lead Fit City Adventures’ team‑building events, activities, and game formats
Manage event flow—keeping the energy high, schedule tight, and guests fully engaged
Oversee day‑of staff to ensure smooth setup, breakouts, rotations, and activation support
Coordinate with our corporate planning team during prep calls before each event
Arrive 1.5–2 hours early for on‑site setup, sound checks, game prep, staging, and run‑through
Problem‑solve on the fly and maintain the fun, upbeat Fit City vibe—even when curveballs come your way
Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset
Who You Are We’re looking for talent who can own the room and elevate every moment.
A dynamic, engaging communicator with stage presence and confidence
Experienced in live events, team‑building, entertainment, hospitality, sports, improv, or coaching
Organized and reliable—able to follow run‑of‑show documents and execute with precision
Comfortable managing small teams and giving clear direction
A natural hype‑person who can get groups excited, laughing, and participating
Thrives in a collaborative environment
Willing to travel throughout SoCal, AZ, and Las Vegas
Compensation & Expectations
Flat event rate (based on event size + format)
Travel reimbursement or covered travel when events require it
Flexible schedule based on event bookings
