β€” you will provide support, assist with personal hygiene and household tasks for an individual to help them remain in their own home. Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs Rewards and development opportunities are available as part of a performance-focused environment with clear direction on success and potential growth into other roles. Required Qualifications

Current driver\'s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit Current CPR certification Ability to work flexible hours Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Preferred Qualifications

6 months+ of home care experience Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other eligibility considerations. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (subject to eligibility). The hourly pay range for this role is $14.00 to $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
