Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Clearance Required, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as aero/defense and more. You will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, deter security‑related incidents, provide exceptional customer service, and foster a welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Document and report incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries while maintaining access control procedures.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
Support management in maintaining a visible presence and upholding security standards at the location.
Minimum Requirements
An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Licensing requirements subject to state and local regulations; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
