Drive My Way (via System Freight, Inc.) is seeking experienced CDL A Local Dry Van drivers to join our expanding fleet in Jersey Shore, PA. Great weekly pay, top benefits, paid time off, and safety bonuses make this an attractive career opportunity.
Compensation (Annual)
Annual pay: $72,800 – $93,600
Weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,800
Breakdown pay: $22.50 per hour
Annual pay increases
$2,500 sign‑on bonus
Referral bonus available
Paid via direct deposit weekly

Paid holidays: $224.00 per holiday, if driver works day before and day after

Home Time, Route & Schedule
Home daily – Start and end your day in Jersey Shore, PA
AM shifts, Monday‑Friday; occasional Saturday will be required but always available
AM start times: 2 am–4 am (in first few months may start as early as 12 am)
Mostly NJ – Newark – Dayton
Mostly no‑touch freight – limited driver‑assist unloads
Equipment
Modern, clean fleet with late‑model equipment
Automatic transmission
Outbound facing dashcam
Requirements
Valid CDL A license
3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
At least 24 years old
Acceptable MVR and criminal history
Must be located within 30 miles of Jersey Shore, PA
