Batching/Blending Operator – Chelten House Products
We are hiring a Batching/Blending Operator to work at our Swedesboro, NJ facility. This role involves preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring GMP compliance for packaging lines.
Pay Range Base pay: $22.00/hr – $22.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter).

Responsibilities
Stage ingredients for recipes and produce quality batches according to GMP’s, recipe instructions, and packing temperatures.
Prepare ingredients for batches, follow recipe protocol, and maintain a safe working environment.
Check production schedule, wash requirements, pack temperatures, and batch sheets.
Verify each ingredient is properly weighed, staged and covered to prevent contamination.
Ensure each batch reaches required cook time/temperature, all steps are complete, and product is approved by Quality Control before pumping.
Notify maintenance of equipment breakdowns or issues.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, blending or mixing.
