Position Overview As a
Guest Services Associate , you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for every customer who visits or contacts our dealership. You’ll manage incoming calls, greet guests, and provide essential administrative and sales support to ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience.
This role requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a warm, customer-first attitude.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers, guests, and vendors promptly and professionally
Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Support the sales team with administrative and customer coordination tasks
Assist with scheduling vehicle deliveries and customer pick-ups as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support dealership operations
Who You Are
Customer-focused with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
Comfortable handling phones, greeting guests, and routing inquiries
Able to manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency
Clear and confident communicator

Requirements
Minimum of
1 year of professional office or customer service experience
At least
18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen for illegal substances
