Responsibilities
Manage a multi‑line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude, ensuring every interaction reflects compassionate care.
Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services, partnering in pet wellness to deliver the best care possible.
Provide a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
What You’ll Bring
A passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
