**Job Location:** Columbus, NE
**Job Type:** Full Time
**Shift Available:** 2nd
**Compensation:** $25.00 - $34.66/hour
**Sign-On Bonus:** $2.500 - $5.000

**Principal Accountabilities**
* Troubleshoot rendering equipment* Document flow rates* Boiler rounds* Monitor and Document RO Water Performance* Monitor and Document Compressed Air Equipment* Troubleshoot/Repair boiler system equipment* Boiler inspection rounds* Utilize MRO system* Basic cutting/grinding/welding* Cleanliness and housekeeping* Ensuring food safety and quality* Documenting daily work assigned on paper and in maintenance management system* Perform Preventive Maintenance responsibilities on a variety of equipment, Boilers/Air Compressors/Pump systems/Mechanical aspect of freezing equipment etc* Utilize parts in inventory to repair equipment and follow procedures for documenting usage* Identify problems and make suggestions to improve operational processes* Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck)* Will be expected to Cross Trained in Wastewater Operations and Procedures* Perform Work as designated by management personnel
**Required Qualifications**
* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship* Must be 18 years or older* Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent* Must be able to read, write, and speak English.* Must have knowledge of hand and power tools* Willingness to participate in HAZMAT membership, at minimum supporting role
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous industrial maintenance experience* Two year degree that relates to the maintenance field
