The Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join the dynamic NoMI Lounge & Garden team. This is more than just a bartending position—it’s an opportunity to craft exquisite drinks, engage with a discerning clientele and be part of a world‑renowned luxury experience. Experience a virtual reality “day in the life” of a hospitality professional at a full‑service hotel via our virtual reality experience.
Wage Information The hourly rate for this position is
$27.70 + Tips . This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a luxury, Forbes‑rated, or upscale hospitality environment.
Deep expertise in classic and modern cocktail techniques, premium spirits, fine wines, and curated beverage menus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, engaging guests warmly.
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a high‑volume environment while maintaining precision.
Physical stamina: comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of lifting and carrying moderate weight.
Impeccable grooming, presence, and discretion reflecting the high standards of Park Hyatt Chicago.
Team collaboration: gracious team player working seamlessly with colleagues.
Schedule flexibility: open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
