Responsibilities
Provide efficient and courteous customer service, supporting the company mission to “Run the Best Store in Town!”
Maintain a positive, friendly and fun atmosphere through flexibility and teamwork.
Electronically greet customers and deliver prompt, courteous service.
Assist the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products for processing.
Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and quality.
Clean the department according to company standards, including shocking green‑leaf vegetables.
Unload trucks and break down product as needed.
Follow the company food‑safety program.
Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean; sanitize and clean at least twice a day.
Attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts and comply with time‑and‑attendance policies.
Perform any additional duties as required (e.g., core pineapple handling).
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks, and interact with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
Ability to attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts and comply with time‑and‑attendance policies.
