Position Receptionist – Full‑time; Shift: Thursday through Monday, 3 pm – 11:30 pm.
Responsibilities Receive and transfer phone calls, greet and direct visitors, schedule appointments, coordinate reservations for guest suites, submit maintenance work orders, meter outgoing mail, sort and distribute mail, and perform various clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and record‑keeping.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2‑4 years of equivalent experience
