Cashier Responsibilities
Greeting guests energetically with “Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D’Angelo’s.”
Ensuring guests receive exactly what they want by listening, suggesting items, repeating orders and knowing the menu and ordering system.
Handling credit cards, rewards cards and cash with focus and precision; trained thoroughly before operating independently.
Cook Responsibilities
Prepare and present food according to company specifications.
Use equipment, resources and tools to prepare the best product for guests.
Shift Leader Responsibilities
Step into a leadership role assisting the General Manager with restaurant operations.
Schedule team members, assist with inventory control, handle cash and train team members.
