2 years of driver’s license, valid and current
Responsibilities
Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-parked vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
Maintain the company uniform appearance, greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and generally provide excellent customer service.
Stand, walk, and sometimes help with items weighing up to 50 lbs; be outside and active most of the day.
Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Energetic, outgoing, and capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly, professional approach to all guests.
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively.
Good to Haves
1+ year of valet parking experience.
1+ year of customer service experience.
Free parking during shift at assigned Propark location.
