Community Horizons . Job Requirements: Community Horizons is assisting a delightful woman in the Appleton area in locating a care assistant to help her in her home. This individual is blind, so a special kind of help is needed. Pay: $14–$15 per hour. Hours are flexible, 2–3 times per week, between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Responsibilities
Assistance with large and small organizational projects. Reading mail out loud. Running errands as needed. Light housekeeping. Carpet cleaning. Filing paperwork. Meal preparation. Simply being the “eyes.” Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Caring and compassionate. Receives instructions well. Open to constructive criticism. Open to learning a different way of life (sight impaired). Application Instructions
