NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable full-time Janitorial Flex Cleaner to support various client locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. This role is perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work independently while representing a trusted local company.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 4:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. (40 hours per week) + occasional required weekend work
Compensation & Benefits
$17-$18 per hour
Weekly pay (every Friday)
Mileage reimbursement

Primary Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, including restrooms and high-touch areas
Remove and dispose of trash and recycling
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
Complete assigned reports and communicate site details to management
Monitor cleaning supply levels and request restocks when needed
Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle for travel between sites
2-3 years of professional cleaning experience
Ability to work independently and maintain strong communication with management
Must be dependable and professional in all interactions
Skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to interact cordially and professionally with customers and team members
