Assistant Community Manager
Brookside Properties, Inc. invites you to join the Grinstead + Woods Apartments team in Louisville, KY. The Assistant Community Manager will support daily operations, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction for our growing multifamily community.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of multifamily property leasing experience
Leasing and resident relations experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong written communication skills (notices, correspondence, reports)
Experience with Entrata or similar property‑management software preferred
Key Responsibilities
Support leasing efforts to drive occupancy and meet revenue goals
Deliver professional leasing presentations and follow company sales standards
Assist with delinquency management and accurate financial tracking
Process purchase orders and invoices as needed
Maintain rent roll and leasing documentation
Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly and professionally
Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and service
