Front Desk Agent Our team is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for our guests and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible scheduling availability may be required.

Responsibilities

Check-in/Check-out hotel guests

Process all payments according to established hotel requirements

Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors

Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team

Qualifications

Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement

Effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary

Ability to work well in stressful situations

Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
