General Beer Northeast, a large distributor in Little Chute, WI is looking for the perfect person to fill a Part‑Time Merchandising position in the Oshkosh market.
Job Overview This position requires supporting the Sales Consultant in efforts to increase overall sales by stocking shelves, building displays, and rotating products. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our GB team.
Work Schedule Saturday and Sunday only, averaging 10–12 hours per weekend (per week).
Compensation $17 per hour plus a car allowance of $12.50 per day.
Requirements
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to take care of the customer’s needs while following company procedures.
Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor toward others.
Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.
Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct.
Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per day.
Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, and bend.
Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, lift evaluation and background check.
Salary Description $17.00/hour plus car allowance.
