Caruso USA, a family‑owned, 4th‑generation company, delivers fresh produce, sandwiches, salads, and food kits to retail distribution centers and direct‑to‑retail stores across the USA. We are hiring experienced Class B truck drivers for routes that pick up between 7 pm and 9 pm. This touch‑freight position requires Saturday work and 3rd‑shift hours.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality products to customers safely, courteously, and on time.
Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers.
Review and verify invoices and purchase requests for accuracy.
Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure safety and security of loading and unloading processes.
Determine placement of merchandise, follow safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conduct safety reviews.
Maintain delivery logs and records.

Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Must be able to work 3rd shift.
At least 9 months of verifiable Class B driving experience in the last 3 years.
A good driving record—no reckless driving, no DUI/OMVI, no hit and run, no excessive speed (15+ mph over), no preventable accidents, no more than two moving violations within the last 24 months.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work and drive in all types of weather.
Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent and prompt attendance each scheduled day.
Experience with refrigerated products and prior route delivery is a plus.
Must be able to work Saturday.
Must be willing to touch freight.
