Responsibilities
Drive a Class A single axle 45’ tractor-trailer to transport specialty and medical gas to and from specified customers, spot‑filling bulk gas tanks from a mounted 3000 gas tank.
Generate load manifests, perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, document deficiencies, and ensure all safety items are in good working order.
Participate in regular fill plant work such as pumping and loading during non‑driving time.
Work closely with Microbulk customers to maintain optimal service levels, listen to and resolve customer complaints.
Assist with special applications such as tube trailers and bulk tankers.
Maintain neat and professional personal appearance, and keep vehicle appearance professional.
Qualifications
Minimum age: 21 years.
2 years of driving experience.
Class A CDL with HazMat, Tanker, and Air brake endorsements.
Successful completion of Airgas Background and Motor Vehicle Check.
DOT Clearinghouse verification from previous employers is required.
