Job Description Fun, flexibility, and growth are at the core of this role. As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Effective communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Applebee’s® Hosts start at minimum wage per hour, plus tips. Additional benefits include:

Physical Standards Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours in length. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, transport plates, glasses, and baskets throughout the dining room, service bar, and kitchen, and wear protective coverings as required.
