Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service deadlines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive dining experience for guests Monitor food quality and presentation before serving Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training is a plus Must have Food Handlers certification 1+ year of cooking experience preferred Proficiency in grilling techniques and kitchen equipment operation Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset Benefits
