Pay Range Base pay: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Responsibilities
Operate high‑pressure equipment, hydroblasting, and industrial vacuums.
Follow safety policies and procedures, using PPE.
Work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and high elevations.
Operate 24/7 schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Communicate and collaborate with team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Travel to different job sites as needed.
Maintain equipment, reporting damage or malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Pass a medical screening and drug test (pre‑employment, random, and annual).
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, climb, and work in demanding environments.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Clean‑shaven at all times for respirator use.
