Organization – Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa offers a luxurious year‑round escape near Vail Valley, Colorado. Located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, our ski‑in/ski‑out location provides access to skiing, snowmobiling, and more. In summer, guests enjoy fly fishing, river rafting, and scenic hiking trails. We seek colleagues who embody outstanding service. We care for people so they can be their best.
A Control Clerk / PBX is primarily responsible for room inventory to maximize selling opportunities at the Front Office. This includes assigning room blocks for groups and guest preferences. Front Office Agents rely on the Control Clerk’s ability to manage inventory and analyze reports. The role directly impacts guest fulfillment with room accommodations. Responsibilities further include assisting with the guest registration process, communicating hotel services and promotions, coaching other associates, and providing training. This position is ideal for a seasoned Front Office Agent ready to advance into management.
