GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service in various environments, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
Location & Schedules Site Location: Jeffersontown, KY
Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 3rd Shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Part‑time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Part‑time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd Shift, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees).

Responsibilities
Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
Manage access control.
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
Answer questions in person or by phone.
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED.
Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Basic phone and computer skills.
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is advantageous.
State license if required.
