We provide
paid training
for the right candidates! Learn the
YUSA swim curriculum , shadow experienced instructors, and get certified—all while being supported every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
Teach swim techniques to children and adults of all skill levels
Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression
Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence
Work with all ages—from babies in Parent/Child classes to adult learners
Assess skills and provide encouraging, personalized feedback

Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Must be
16+ years old
Current certifications in
Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen
are a plus – or we'll help you get them!
A
positive attitude, love for the water, and passion for making a difference
