Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities
Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning™ curriculum.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster strong partnerships with families through regular updates.
Ensure top‑tier supervision during all activities, adhering to licensing standards.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in child development or related field; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting.
Completion of state‑required pre‑service training and ongoing professional development.
Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Physical ability to actively engage with children and lift up to 50 lbs.
Passion for early education and resilience to create magical learning moments.
