Gene Juarez offers an upscale environment where artistry and personalized service converge. Our program is designed for licensed hair stylists to refine their craft and elevate their skills through hands‑on training and guest‑service best practices.
Program Details
Three‑month training program beginning January 13, Tuesday to Saturday.
Training takes place at our Southcenter salon training space.
Full‑time schedule 5 days a week; commitment required to complete the 3‑month program.

Compensation
Base pay $21.65 per hour.

Qualifications
Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license.
0–2 years of recent behind‑the‑chair experience.
Full‑time commitment to 3‑month training.
Full‑time schedule available: Tuesday through Saturday.
Flexible scheduling after completion, including evenings and weekends.
