We are Team PRIDE! We have 22 stores across Pennsylvania and are looking to grow our teams and store count. Our owner started as a delivery driver in 1998 and now leads 22 locations. We offer positions ranging from CSR, pizza maker, shift manager, general manager to operations manager. We are a fun, fast paced, energetic, flexible company. We demand integrity and put people first.
Job Description You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Pay Rates & Ladder of Growth
Drivers: $8-$10 per hour
Customer service reps: $12 per hour
Pizza Makers: $13 per hour
Opening or closing shift managers (one or the other): $14 per hour
Opening or closing managers (either): $15 per hour (open availability mandatory)
Assistant manager: $16 per hour (open availability mandatory)
General Manager in training: $17 per hour (open availability mandatory)
